Cancellation Policy

Cancellation the day before your appointment gives enough time to fill your appointment time slot with someone on the existing waitlist. Cancellation on the same day of your appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee. An invoice for the cancellation will be sent to your email along with the email address to E-transfer payment to. I appreciate you and thank you for your understanding.
